What is Outvers?

Outvers is an Indian marketplace for adventure experiences: rafting, paragliding, treks and more, run by independent partners. Every experience shows its cancellation terms before you book, and availability is live, so you only ever book a slot that still has room.

How do I book an experience?

Accepted Answer

Open the experience, pick a date and time and how many people, then go to checkout. The per-person price follows your group size (1 to 2, 3 to 5, or 6 and more). Pay through Razorpay and your booking is confirmed the moment the payment goes through.

Question 3

Do I have to pay the full amount upfront?

Accepted Answer

Yes. You pay the full price when you book, and the price you see is the price you pay, taxes and fees included. If plans change, refunds follow the experience's cancellation terms.

Can I cancel, and how much do I get back?

Accepted Answer

Each experience has one of four cancellation presets, Flexible, Moderate, Strict or Non-cancellable, chosen by the partner and fixed when you book. How much comes back depends on how far before the start you cancel. Your booking's cancel page shows the exact refund before you confirm, and the calculator on our cancellation policy page lets you try it in advance.

Where does my refund go?

Back to how you paid: card, UPI or net banking. A cancellation inside the window is refunded automatically, with no one reviewing it. Banks usually show it within 5 to 7 working days.

Question 6

What is the difference between Outvers credit and refund balance?

Accepted Answer

Your wallet has two parts. Outvers credit comes from offers and rewards. It can be spent only on Outvers bookings, cannot be cashed out, and expires on the date shown in your wallet. Refund balance holds any refund Outvers has credited to your wallet. Both apply automatically at checkout.

How do I know a partner is trustworthy?

Every partner is checked before they can sell. An Identity verified partner has had their Aadhaar and PAN checked. A Business verified partner has also had a video call, a GSTIN or self-declaration, and the guide certificates their activity calls for. Each partner's badge and response score are shown on their page.

Do I need a permit for some experiences?

Some experiences need a permit, such as an Inner Line Permit or entry to a wildlife reserve. The experience page tells you which, links to the official application, and asks you to confirm it before you book. You get the permit yourself; Outvers does not arrange it.

What does Outvers do for safety?

Every partner is checked before they can take bookings, and each experience names any permit you need and who it is not suitable for. You can save a trusted contact in your account settings so our team knows who to reach for you. Outvers is not an emergency service: in a life-threatening emergency, dial 112.
